Build a draft event proposal

Pick your venue, date, and menu — you'll see an estimate as you go, and Michael and Dieshia get your draft the moment you send it. Nothing is booked and nothing is binding — this is a starting point, and our team takes it from here.

Not sure where to begin with your event? Send us an inquiry and we'll help — eight quick questions, no decisions needed. Start here →

1. Your event

Pick your venue *
How long do you need the venue?

3-hour minimum · 8+ hours books as a full day. Published venue rent follows your date (weekday, Friday, and Saturday rates differ) — pick a venue and date to see it.

2. Catering — in-house by K1 Hospitality

Prices are per person from our published menu. Chef Guillermo finalizes every menu with you — this just gets the conversation started.

3. Add-ons

What's available at Townsite 16:

Your estimate so far

Prices appear here as you pick — each choice adds its line.

To send your draft, still pick: a date · your hours · a guest count · a menu.

An estimate and a starting point — venue rent is our published rate for your date; staffing is quoted in your final proposal, and menus, counts, and details evolve right up to your event. Our team plans for that with you.

4. Where do we send it?

Nothing is booked or binding. Michael & Dieshia review your draft and get back to you within one business day — usually with a walkthrough invitation.
